5 stars is not enough to describe the experience we’ve had at this pet hospital. This hospital saved my cat’s life. My partner and I were already struggling so much in so many ways, and we were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get our boy treated. The staff went above and beyond to help him despite him needing emergency care. We could not be more grateful for them. Everyone was also so kind and passionate about animals, which made this feel like the best choice. We will keep coming back for all of our pets.

I can’t say enough good things about Edgewater Animal Hospital! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They treated my dog like family and made sure both of us felt comfortable every step of the way. The veterinarians are not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also truly compassionate. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions with patience. The facility is clean, well-organized, and clearly run by people who genuinely care about animals. I’m so grateful to have found such a reliable and kind-hearted team for my pet’s care. Highly recommend!

’ve been to this animal hospital twice now—once for an emergency and once for a scheduled appointment—and both experiences were outstanding. During the emergency visit, the front CSR was calm, efficient, and incredibly reassuring during a very stressful moment. They got us checked in quickly and made me feel like my pet was truly a priority. At both visits, the back tech was amazing, so gentle and caring with my pet, and very thorough when explaining what was going on. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and treat every animal with compassion and respect. It’s such a comfort knowing that I have a trustworthy and kind team to turn to when my pet needs care. I wouldn’t take my fur baby anywhere else

Brought my puppy in for a sick visit, due to another vet making a mistake. From walking in the door you can tell the staff really cares. The tech came out to lobby and met us before going to the back, she was amazing with him. Dr. Keener was fantastic. He took time to explain everything and answer all questions. They even saw my other puppy without an appointment. They have gained 2 new patients!! Thank you all, especially Raquel(hopefully spelled correctly) and Dr. Keener.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Brought my new baby Milo for his first visit and the staff was amazing. So welcoming and answered every question I had. From reception to the back rooms, everything was great. Including the coffee!!
